Diane Ulman is pragmatic and collaborative in her approach to facilitating real estate and wills & estate files. She offers significant insight and practical experience to help clients resolve issues and advance their matters.

Before co-founding Integris Law, Diane practised law in a boutique litigation firm in North York which focused on corporate and commercial law. Then she accepted an opportunity in San Francisco, California where she brokered real estate leases on behalf of the telecommunications industry. Upon returning to Ontario, she has focused her practice on real estate and wills & estates matters.

Brandon P. Lee blends his academic legal training with real world experience to fully appreciate the needs of the firm’s clientele and find practical solutions to meet their needs.

Before co-founding Integris Law, Brandon honed his skills in sales, real estate, real estate development/management, business management, and political strategy. Brandon started his legal career in corporate litigation and now has focused his practice on real estate and corporate/commercial law.
